Head of Training

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Training to lead our training department. The ideal candidate must hold a professional pilot license and associated ratings or certificates, issued in accordance with Part-FCL, related to the flight training courses provided. He/She must also have extensive experience in training as an instructor for professional pilot licenses and associated ratings or certificates. The successful candidate must also have excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving excellence in aviation training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead and manage the training team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality delivery of training services
• Collaborate with Management to identify training needs and develop customised solutions
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting as necessary to improve outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance training offerings

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation training and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and management
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs
• EASA license
