This is an ongoing casual contract with full-time hours and potential for a permanent role based on performance.The Training Supervisor (TTM) oversees training and assessment within the company's RTO and Part 147 scope, delivering in-person, remote, and online instruction.This senior leadership role ensures high-quality training, compliance, safety, and strong industry partnerships. This is an ongoing casual contract with full-time hours and potential for a permanent role based on performance.The Instructor - Delivery and Assessment is responsible for effectively teaching assigned subjects within the company training scope, including RTO and Part 147 maintenance training, as well as relevant standalone courses.The role also involves conducting assessments in line with the company's policies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality outcomes.
