An opportunity for an Industrial Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).
RESPONSIBILITIES
On this position your will support the manufacturing and delivery of our Military Aircrafts: A330 MRTT, A400M, EFA and MRO classic; One of the most challenging projects within Airbus Defence and Space.
Our organization, INDUSTRIAL SERVICES, is responsible for managing all Industrial Means and external Industrial services. This comprises:

In your daily work, you will be involved with the Production teams, learning, solving difficulties, feeling useful, being part of something.

En el marco de grandes proyectos de adquisición de nuevos activos, el Ingeniero de Mantenimiento aporta los requisitos y la experiencia de Mantenimiento a lo largo de los proyectos de adquisición para optimizar la mantenibilidad del nuevo activo al entrar en la fase de producción.
Asegura que el Departamento de Mantenimiento reciba toda la documentación definitiva necesaria para optimizar el desempeño de las actividades de mantenimiento en este nuevo activo.
Análisis de fallas y fallas comunes que ocurren y cómo tomar acciones para evitar que vuelvan a ocurrir a través de la metodología PPS.
Asegurar la disponibilidad de la planta técnica requerida en el respectivo campo de actividad.
Liderar la estrategia de transformación digital en mantenimiento.

- Industrial asset management & Maintenance
- Tool center management and industrial supplies
- Outsourced Industrial services: Jet fuel supply, work wear, aerial platforms, Ground Support Equipment, PPE, etc
- Industrial Organization & Improvement: KAIZEN development, CAPEX acquisition, workshop empowerment, etc.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual willing to engage this project.
In your daily work, you will be involved with the Production teams, learning, solving difficulties, feeling useful, being part of something.
Among others, you will be responsible for:
- Define , specify , implement and support for industrial means according to customers requirement and ergonomics standards.
- Manage and monitor contractual relationships with supplier to successfully ensure to deliver on time on cost , on quality with relevant supply chain organization.
- Support manufacturing feedback for continuous improvement , Kaizen, PPS.
SKILLS
- Engineering degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in the industrial sector, working in related areas such as project management, industrial maintenance, continuous improvement, contractual management, or production processes.
- Advanced level in Spanish and English.
- Highly motivated to engage this project.
- Soft skills: Good communicator, creativity, focus on delivery, team player, analysis capacity, planning and project organization ability and flexibility
