Job Description
The IOC Specialist, Airport Operations Control, is an expert in his/her field. He/she is familiar with the procedures of the DCC and PSS departments, as well as the various systems used by these departments. The person is recognized for his/her in-depth knowledge of Altea CM and FM, establishing and/or validating procedures, helping to train teams, and investigating and resolving problems.
Job summary
Reporting to the Director, Airport Operations Control, the IOC Specialist, Airport Operations Control, works closely with the PSS and DCC teams from the IOC in the management of daily operations. He/she collaborates with the various teams to define the processes and procedures of the airport operations control departments. The Specialist is involved in solving problems related to his or her field of expertise, and assists IOC supervisors in their follow-ups, providing them with the necessary data. The person plays a key role in the analysis of specific situations and problems, supporting the IOC teams and ensuring that these situations are properly resolved.
The person is responsible for creating and keeping procedure manuals up to date, and for communicating them. He/she also plays an active role in training employees in these departments. As required, the person also assists the Heads of Procedures (ramp and paxs) during Altea FM and CM station training sessions.
The person also participates in various operational meetings and committees, and follows up on services that have not complied with established procedures. In collaboration with the supervisory team, he/she provides an analysis of causes and recommendations for corrective measures, and prepares all documentation relating to ongoing follow-ups. She ensures that the necessary follow-ups are completed with the teams concerned.
Qualifications

- Post-secondary diploma or equivalent
- Excellent command of French (written and oral)
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an airport environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software
- Excellent command of Amadeus Altea CM
- Good command of Amadeus Altea FM
Interesting assets
- Fluency in Spanish
- Knowledge of Radixx and PDP systems
