Position Summary

The Lead Flight Attendant's primary role is to actively participate in the preparation and execution of all trips to ensure our passengers have a safe and pleasant flight with service that consistently meets or exceeds their expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional passenger experience on every flight by ensuring safety and comfort at all times

• Responsible for passenger menu planning, ordering, and presentation

• Assist in establishing, maintaining, and following Company processes and procedures

• Assist in establishing and maintaining confidential passenger catering profiles

• Responsible for developing, maintaining, and administering aircraft stocking list

• Facilitates and ensures clear communication between flight attendants and other members of the flight department by working directly with the Chief Pilot • Establishes vendor relationships for the purpose of training and service

• Establishes guidelines for managing and training of flight attendants

• Act as liaison to contract Flight Attendants for the purpose of training and providing passenger service

• Manages the budget for catering and aircraft supplies

• Ensure aircraft cabin, galley, and lavatory cleanliness and advise the PIC of any cabin discrepancies

• Establish and maintain a food safety program for aircraft catering

• Continually conduct oneself in a professional manner while representing AMB Group both on and off duty.

• Demonstrates honesty, responsibility, integrity, confidentiality and fulfillment of commitments

• Develop and implement Cabin Service Standards

• Team player willing to take on other tasks as assignee

Education/Experience/Certifications Required

• Thorough knowledge of safety, emergency and in-flight service procedures as well as competency for each piece of cabin equipment

• Associate's degree + 5 years' experience as a flight attendant in corporate, large cabin aircraft with a focus on HNW individuals

• Previous international experience as a corporate flight attendant under FAA Part. 91 or 135

• Formal corporate flight attendant training (FACTS, FlightSafety or similar) - current within last 12 mos.

• Ability to travel internationally (no restrictions)

• US Passport (at least 9 months remaining) Other requirements

• Experience developing and presenting personalized catering menus for in-flight presentation

• Must be accessible by phone or email 24/7 except when on scheduled days off

• Must be able to travel on as little as 3 hours' notice

• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, holidays as needed

• Work hours can extend beyond normal office hours

• Domestic and International travel required

• Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs. from floor to shoulder level

• Physical ability to perform all required job functions must not be hindered

• Proficient in MS-Word and Excel (basic level)

• Permanent residence within 60 minutes of KFTY

The typical work schedule will involve being available for scheduled and unscheduled trips when not on scheduled time off. Scheduled time off will consist of 5 hard days off per month in addition to vacation of 15 days a year.
