Make a difference at KlasJet as a Logistics and Material Specialist! Oversee aircraft part procurement, ensure EASA compliance, and lead our logistics process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Procuring aircraft parts and maintenance materials to specifications and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Ensure detailed certification verification for all procured spare parts, meeting EASA standards.
  • Negotiating material pricing, and availability with vendors to maintain operational requirements and needs.
  • Arrange storage of purchased products.
  • Coordinate material deliveries with subcontractors and work with the subcontractors’ project shipper and expeditor.
  • Collaborating with third-party logistics organizations, customs agents, and part supplies activities.
  • Full cooperation on behalf of the company with customs agents.
  • Maintain the company‘s stock of spare parts and ensure sufficient spare parts availability.
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure an efficient operation always following the highest quality standards.
  • Preparing and filing detailed reports on logistics, procurement activity, quantity, and vendors.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 2 years in aviation procurement, logistics industry or other related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data.
  • Outstanding communication, analytical mind, and leadership skills with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Ability to work in a team.

The final salary is a matter of agreement as it depends on the experience and competencies of the candidate.
