Join our technical team as a Material Manager! You’ll oversee the efficient flow, storage, and distribution of aircraft materials, helping to minimize maintenance downtime, ensure safety, and maximize cost efficiency. We will entrust you to

• Optimize spare parts availability, aligning with quality and cost objectives
• Develop and enforce best practices for storage, safety, and compliance
• Manage inventory levels to meet maintenance requirements, ensuring precise tracking and reporting
• Oversee the post-delivery inspection process and ensure the distribution of goods between warehouse facilities and hangars
• Lead and support the Storekeeper and Material Planner teams, providing necessary guidelines and focusing on achieving goals

What you will need to succeed

• Higher education
• Previous experience in logistics, people management, and resource planning
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and time management skills
• Excellent knowledge of Latvian and English languages
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• B category driver’s license
• Previous aviation experience will be considered an advantage
