Responsibilities:
-Become the go-to person for your colleagues on all administrative and office related questions
-Supervise and maintain all aspects of the office premises, equipment, facilities and reordering office supplies.
-Handling invoicing tasks, managing the filing system and maintaining paperwork
-Manage staff expenses (mainly business trips).
-Assisting and supporting the CEO on various tasks, depending on the urgency and necessity
-Taking charge with event planning as necessary.
-Assisting HR department with onboarding and offboarding employees

.Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (office administrator, personal assistant or virtual assistant).
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
-Great communication and time management skills.
-Fluency in English language.
-Valid driving license (would be an advantage).
