IOCC is responsible for the long-term and daily round-the-clock management of the published schedule period, where internal tasks and duties are distributed between the IOCC units based on the area of responsibility between the OPS-Control, and Flight Dispatch, Network Planning, Scheduling, and Slots units including Crew Control and Crew Travel divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will provide support, control, and manage SmartLynx flight operation activities;
- Coordinate matters relating to the execution of the daily traffic program, including normal, abnormal, and emergency situations;
- Maintain an active flight monitoring of all SmartLynx Airlines aircraft flights;
- Select, collect, and practically use weather information for destination, alternates, and en-route;
- Analyze and assess technical information;
- Closely cooperate with other departments in order to ensure smooth operations;
- Perform SLOT coordination for the daily schedule changes ;
- Receive, analyze, and insert information on flight schedules in OPS Control system RAIDO, ensuring the accuracy of inserted information;
- Eliminate schedule inefficiencies.
Requirements:
- You should be a university graduate or started higher education (a degree in Logistics or Aviation, Airline Operations, or Pilot license, or ATC Control license will be considered as an advantage);
- Problem-solving skills and business mindset ;
- Attention to detail is essential for this role;
- Good MS Office skills;
- Excellent English (both: written and spoken);
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good teamwork skills;
- Ability to work on shifts, including evening shifts.
