YOUR TASKS:

  • Organize and perform the financial-accounting activity of the company in accordance with the legal provisions in force, internal rules and Group policies (including set up of internal processes, IT systems and controls);
  • Perform full transactional daily accounting, ensure payroll calculation and tax compliance (to the extent relevant) in cooperation with the external consultants (if needed for tax);
  • Prepare financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually) as well as other various financial reports in accordance with statutory requirements as well as for the management and Group needs (IFRS GRP; data upload to OS consolidation platform, MMR etc.);
  • Coordination of the annual financial audit and inventory count;
  • Treasury operations: payments processing, cash flow and debt management;
  • Review of contracts, invoices etc.;
  • Cooperation with central finance department and business units;
  • Various other activities and ad hoc requests (assistance of annual budget preparation, monthly financial forecasts etc.).

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Degree in finance, accounting, or related field;
  • Proven experience as a Senior accountant/Accounting controller/Financial controller or a similar position covering daily accounting and reporting tasks in the Group (preferably - international);
  • Solid understanding of financial accounting (good IFRS knowledge is an advantage);
  • Experience working in global / European companies is preferred;
  • Knowledge of accounting software Business Centrale (Navision) and very good MS Excel skills;
  • Outstanding planning and organizational skills, fluent working English proficiency;
  • Results oriented team player mindset with an ability to work independently.
