Senior Maintenance Planning Manager

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manager of the Maintenance Planning Team (Short and Long Term).
• Oversight the Long-Term Maintenance Plan
• Write the department procedures and responsibilities.
• Liaison and negotiation with MRO providers for the performance of the planned work  
• Cooperation with MOC Managers, MRO’s and other departments to maximise a/c availability.
• Create and control department SLA’s and KPI’s and report performance on regular basis to management .
• Oversight of the heavy and line maintenance work package preparation
• Report and deviations and overdues to S &C department together with investigation and gap analysis .
• Tracking of Deviations and issue recommendations to Engineering concerning AMP performance and compliance
• Cooperation with MOC and Material Team in order to handle on time due items .
• Set-up of a bridging maintenance check for incorporation of the aircraft into the approved operator’s maintenance program if required .
• Optimize Fleet availability through an effective maintenance planning .
• Reconciliation of MNT Plans with Scheduling
• Follow applicable requirements of Safety Management System i.a.w. Section 4 of OMM
• Performs Initial Competence Assessment of persons, directly reporting to him.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience within CAMO or AMO organisation is desired.
• Minimum 3 Experience at Manager position
• A320FAM CEO/NEO type training (Level III) is desired. A330 is an advantage.
• Fuel Tank Safety training, EWIS training, and Human Factors training is desired.
• Thorough knowledge of Part-M, Part-CAMO, and Part-145 regulation
• AMOS working experience is preferred.
• Fluent English language knowledge.
