  3. Identify areas for improvement in staff competency and implement targeted training solutions to enhance skill sets and knowledge. Ensure that training programs are developed, course content is defined, and a training schedule is meticulously maintained.
  4. Deliver training courses and exams that consistently exceed the minimum knowledge requirements set by EASA Part 147 and EASA Part 66.
  5. Review internal and external audit reports, safety reports, and industry trends to identify and address any issues impacting aircraft condition, airworthiness, or compliance with procedures. Work closely with department managers to implement corrective actions.
  6. Stay ahead of industry changes by reviewing and interpreting updated EASA Implementing Rules, including AMC and GM, EASA Foreign 145 letters, and UK CAA documentation. Recommend updates to the MOE/CAME/Procedures Manual and refine work instructions for ease of use.

Who We're Looking For:

  6. Solid understanding of aircraft maintenance processes and knowledge of EASA Part 145 and Part 147 regulations.
  7. A strong commitment to improving airworthiness standards, safety, and operational excellence.
  8. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, a self-driven work ethic with minimal supervision, leadership skills, team spirit, and cultural differences awareness.
