- Customer Project technical responsibility for V/UHF and HF radio systems with NATO encryption in Air Traffic Control and military Ground-Air-Ground domains
- Design & development of solutions meeting customer needs while providing the best compromise between requirements, cost, schedule and risks
- Collaboration with other departments along the whole value chain from Tender to service phase of the project (e.g. Sales, Product Management, Project Management, Safety, Cybersecurity and R&D)
- Definition and execution of acceptance tests at system level
- Conduct of activities at the customer's site such as site surveys, supervision of installations, system configurations and system acceptance

Your qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, telecommunications technology or comparable
- Several years of experience in systems engineering and qualified experience in the design and implementation, validation and verification of complex systems.
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering Lifecycle and relevant standards e.g. ISO/IEC15288
- Relevant experience in System Engineering tools e.g. DOORs, Polarian, Jira
- First Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering and tools (e.g. Enterprise Architect) is of advantage
- Demonstrated ability to achieve effective outcomes in a multidisciplinary, multi-culture environment
- Strong Capability to manage various stakeholders having different objectives
- Willingness to travel worldwide (max. 25%) and to adjust for cultural differences
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and/or German
