Short Term Planning Engineer

We seek a detail-oriented Short Term Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Malta. In this role, you will be responsible for creating efficient maintenance plans, ensuring timely task completion, and coordinating closely with logistics and operations to support our 24/7 flight operations. If you have a strong ; this role is shift-based.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of aviation experience.
• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret maintenance requirements into actionable maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of Boeing 737 MAX is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with EASA rules and regulations, including Part-145 and Part-M.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong computer skills and experience with data management tools.
