We will entrust you to

  • Prepare Structural Repair Cards with detailed instructions for structural repairs
  • Prepare aircraft maintenance and inspection instructions, technical orders, directives, work cards and drawings
  • Coordinate with manufacturers or design authorities to prepare instructions for structural and complex repairs beyond SRM, AMM or other approved documents
  • Supervise aircraft structure modification and inspection in compliance with airworthiness directives, service bulletin and approved data
  • Supervise structural repairs of in-house heavy maintenance
  • Provide technical support and guidance during the structure repair process as required
  • Run aircraft Damage Chart and Repair Status
  • Check and assess existing structural repairs as required
  • Monitor repetitive inspections of damages/repairs
  • Participate in annual budget preparation

What you will need to succeed

  • University degree in Aviation
  • Knowledge of continuing airworthiness management and maintenance methods
  • Prior experience in an engineering role in the aviation industry (experience in a Structural Engineer position will be considered an advantage)
  • English proficiency
  • Ability to work individually in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  • High level of self-motivation and initiative for personal development
