- Performing administration related tasks, like data entry in different ERP systems, managing preloaded GSE and Tooling lists
- Determine GSE and Tooling calibration, maintenance due dates and suitable storage area, considering manufacturers and customers recommendations.
- Labelling, tagging of GSE, Tooling.
- Physical GSE and Tooling Picking, delivering from store to Production area.
- Ensure orderly daily use of GSE, T&E; Carry out receiving inspection of the arrived GSE, T&E.
- Preparation of the GSE, T&E maintenance/operation logbooks and supplementary documents.
- Ensure proper storage, maintenance and accounting GSE, T&E.
- Verify and report abnormalities, damages.
- Accounting for the use of GSE, T&E (in/out recording via AMOS)
- Performing outgoing inspection (material and ID Tag inspection)
- Preparing GSE and Tooling for shipment, ordering, or performing packaging; Uploading shipment to transportation vehicles
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent foreign country level
- English language - sufficient, reading & written, a working knowledge of the language in which the maintenance data is published (mainly in English)
- Experience: 3 months in aeronautical stores or minimum 3 months practical experience to the qualification type requested
- Using and knowledge of the ERP system – AMOS (advantage)
