Warehouse Officer / Stores-person

ALG has a great opportunity for an experienced Warehouse/Stores Person to join our client's team based in Brisbane Airport. The position will give the successful candidates valuable exposure to the aviation industry, as well as a wide range of future career prospects.

This is a casual position where you can expect to work full-time hours, with the potential to be ongoing based on performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing aviation-related shipments, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
• Conduct thorough inspections and documentation of aviation parts and equipment
• Maintain strict inventory control and accurate records
• Manual handling/ forklift operations / pick packing with precision.
• Tool handling and management.
• Performing cleaning duties to ensure safety in working environment.

The successful candidates possess the following attributes:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehousing role.
• Holds valid Forklift license
• Strong attention to details, ability to multi-task and good communication skills
• Demonstrated adherence to all work rules and regulations
• Full working rights in Australia
• Willing to obtain ASIC (Airport ID) and comply with medical requirement (drug/alcohol and hearing test)
