The position is located at the St. John's International&nbsp;Airport.
Permanent full-time employment is 40 hours per week. The current salary is $17.30/hr as per the collective agreement.&nbsp;
Position Summary
<ul>
<li>The primary function of an Air Canada Concierge is to ease the way for our premium customers throughout their entire airport experience.</li>
<li>This role includes all premium customer touch points such as check-in, Air Canada Signature Suite, along with traditional personal services.</li>
<li>The position is modeled after concierge service found in 5 star hotels.</li>
<li>The position is a busy one with duties that vary from day to day depending on the diverse requirements of our top tier premium customers. This includes rebooking flights, answering office emails / phone calls, and resolving customers' complaints</li>
<li>A Concierge is always helpful, always follows through with a request and always has the right attitude. The Concierge creates a sense of comfort and recognition for our premium customers with a simple philosophy – “If it’s possible, consider it done”.</li>
</ul>
Key Concierge Activities
<ul>
<li>Identify and review Top Tier/International Business Class reservations in advance of flight departure and/or arrival to ensure that all special service requests have been actioned.</li>
<li>Ensure system wide “personal service” follow-up through communication with the worldwide network of Air Canada Concierges.</li>
<li>Greet and assist all high value/high profile customers.</li>
<li>Offer assistance for any special needs.</li>
<li>Monitor connections and proactively initiate re-bookings as required.</li>
<li>Work closely with Super Elite reservations desk and Customer Relations to facilitate Super Elite customer needs and to resolve service failures.</li>
<li>Maintain and update Concierge library of reference material and daily log.</li>
<li>Develop a network of contacts and resources that can provide assistance in accommodating the diverse requests of our top tier customers.</li>
</ul>Qualifications Technical:
<ul>
<li>Knowledge and experience as a Customer Experience Specialist - Airport, would be considered an asset.</li>
<li>Superior knowledge of airline service information and airport procedures would be considered an asset.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of local city attractions, events, hotels, restaurants and services.</li>
<li>Ticketing experience would be considered an asset.</li>
<li>Microsoft office (word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)</li>

Work Condition:
This position will include all concierge work areas and will be utilized as the operation requires including operating Porsche executive cars within the Airport property, to transport our customers between gates, and other tasks as assigned. A valid driver's license (G2) in good standing is required and Airside Vehicle Operators License (AVOP) must be obtained and maintained as an employment requirement.

This position requires linguistic fluency. Priority will be given to candidates completely fluent in English.

The Specialist, Cybersecurity will be working in a fast paced and innovative environment supporting the overall security posture of Air Canada’s technology environment. Air Canada’s cybersecurity systems are foundational to protecting the data and systems that allow its customers to fly safely.
The Specialist, Cybersecurity acts as a cybersecurity subject matter expert and provides guidance concerning the cybersecurity assurance program, cyber risks and compliance for Air Canada and its affiliates. He/she will evaluate Air Canada’s existing security systems to determine potential cybersecurity risks, provide inputs on security requirements for personal, commercial and financial data as well as the operation of Air Canada IT networks and infrastructure. Cyber security threats continue to evolve, and the Cybersecurity team will evolve with it.
This position will be reporting to the Manager, Cybersecurity.
Responsibilities :
<ul>
<li>Collaborates with Strategic Procurement for the sourcing exercise and on-boarding of the third-parties for the execution of cyber assurance activities. </li>
<li>Leads the execution of third-party cyber risk assessments (pre and post contacting, and ongoing monitoring) to ensure compliance with internal information security policies and procedures, as well as external requirements. </li>
<li>Ensures that cybersecurity clauses are embedded in the agreements with third parties. </li>
<li>Manage cybersecurity risks, vulnerabilities, and defects from identification to remediation. </li>
<li>Performs risk assessments, documents them and support the implementation of mitigating controls consistent with company strategy. </li>
<li>Generate reports to demonstrate cyber assurance metrics and KPI. </li>
<li>Identify Cyber risks, communicate and develop “best practice” solutions, and recommend mitigating controls consistent with company strategy. </li>
<li>Introduce new processes, initiatives to improve cyber assurance practice.&nbsp; </li>
<li>Represent the organization and take an active participation on different IT business or security airline specific forums. </li>
<li>Supporting the leadership team on strategic initiatives specific to the respective portfolio.</li>
</ul>Qualifications <ul>
<li>A relevant University degree/technical certification, and/or relevant experience commensurate to the role. </li>
<li>6-8 years of IT technology, operations, and people leadership experience in a large company, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a cybersecurity and/or risk &amp; compliance role. </li>
<li>Extensive application security, SDLC and integration understanding. </li>
<li>Thorough understanding of Application Security Testing, Penetration Test, Tabletop Exercises. </li>
<li>Current information security certification (CISSP, CISM or equivalent) is an asset. </li>
<li>Strong knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity concepts, protocols, industry best practices, strategies, frameworks and regulations such as SOX, PCI DSS, ISO, CoBIT, NIST, PIPEDA, GDPR. </li>
<li>Exceptional analytical, organizational and communication skills. </li>
<li>Self-motivated and independent worker. </li>
<li>Possess investigative nature and be self-motivated. </li>
