Global 7500 Pilot-in-Command

The Airport Operations Specialist supports both airside and landside operations at HVN, performing routine activities at the airport and responding to irregular events. Assists the Airport Operations Shift Supervisor as liaison to tenants, passengers, and other stakeholders. Tasked by management in performing all responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations. This position performs responsibilities in conjunction with the Airport Operations Shift Supervisor, following established operational procedures. Directly fulfills roles associated with maintaining the airport's FAR Part 139 Operating Certificate in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and applicable federal regulations. This position also performs Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) activities on assigned shifts. This position requires the availability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays. May also require working overtime shifts, as required.
