Job Description <ul><li>The open position if for a Senior composite technician with demonstrated experience in aeronautical composite components.</li><li>Technician will perform all tasks assigned by the manufacturing engineering team and/or the design office.</li><li>Technician will be required to sign for work order accomplished including troubleshooting deviations and ensure proper recording of all manufacturing tasks on company documents.</li><li>Properly tag and store all the parts manufactured.</li><li>Attend all training courses as assigned.</li><li>Comply with all company rules, regulations, and procedures set forth in company manuals and policies.</li><li>Keep a constant watch for safety, excessive cost of labor duplication, ensure proper and adequate equipment is used, acceptable parts or equipment arriving from suppliers.</li><li>Coordinate with manufacturing engineer or design &amp; stress engineers to meet the level of quality and requirements fulfillment.</li><li>Technician will be responsible for keeping the work area clean and may be required to maintain or repair company property from time to time.</li><li>Wet lay-up and prepreg lamination.</li><li>Curing cycles with oven and thermal blankets</li><li>Knowledge on PPE and consumables</li><li>Experience with low fiber areal weight prepreg will be positively evaluated.</li><li>Availability to travel to US.</li><li>Good Level of written and spoken English</li></ul> Required Qualifications <ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li>Carbon fiber repair experience</li><li>Minimum of 4 years maintenance experience on composite aeronautical parts fabrication. </li><li>Other Preferred Qualifications</li><li>EASA Aircraft maintenance license B2 and/or B1</li><li>Wiring list and drawing, work experience</li><li>Harnesses manufacturing and on a/c integration experience</li><li>Pin to pin troubleshooting experience.</li></ul> Preferred Tools / Process Experience <ul><li>Office tools</li></ul> Search Keywords <ul><li>Mechanic</li><li>Laminator</li><li>Composite Technician</li><li>B1</li><li>B2</li></ul> Please Note: <ol><li> Please ensure your resume (CV) is in English.</li><li> Also please do not have more than one job application, rather apply to one position and refer to other positions that you are interested in, in the NOTES section.</li><li> Since BambooHR is a 3rd party software, please always check your spam folder for our responses.</li></ol> Company Benefits 1.
