About This Role By joining our team of military trained instructor pilots, you will be helping to create a dynamic and exciting environment for students learning to fly and operate the G120TP trainer. During the build-up to commencement of training, the BFT Instructor Pilot will be closely involved in leading a team of BFT CQFIs in the design and development of the pilot training system for the future of the RCAF.
